Ray is one of Delilah’s three children who took over the family business alongside his brother and father Michael. Michael named the business after his wife, Delilah, Ray’s mom. Michael always took great pleasure in surpassing expectations while delivering great quality food. The generational standard remains true today through Ray. He personally selects all his own produce and handcrafts all his own menu items and catering experiences.
